In the late 70′s my parents bought and made a kit that was a general store and two upper rooms. It was like a dollhouse but the kit came with clothespins that were the dolls (an old man shop keeper and a old women shopper). It hung on the wall and everything is glued in place so it’s not to play with. My son wants to build a kit like this – any ideas other than doll houses.

Recently i purchases a easy to assemble victorian wood furniture kit for doll houses, from a thrift store still in the box, copyrighted 1979, for like 2 dollars. I have to decorate the inside now so the rooms will look like rooms of a home, but I have no clue where to start.
